Azienda Nicola Di Sipio (www.aziendanicoladisipio.com) is located in Abruzzo, Italy, between the mountain peak of the Maiela and the Adriatic sea. 300M above seal level in s a small town near Chieti called Ripa Teatina which s famous for its wines, food and boxer Rocky Marciano. The winery stands on a 66 hectare estate along with the vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields watered by a nearby natural lake.
Devotion, Love and Tenacity are the basis of the cultivation of the following vineyards;
Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Pecorino, Falanghina, Pinot Noir Riesling, Chardonnay.
Altitude; 300m Above sea level.
Plants per hectare 6,250,
Average yield per hectare 70q.
Grapes are hand picked and immediately transported to the wine factory; this make possible a quality selection of the grapes and it also maintains them integral until the moment they are picked from a bunch. Must and skin are separated in a softly and fully way in order to obtain a complete extraction of typological essences. The temperature is controlled during every moment of the process, from fermentation to refining. The care dedicated to the vineyard and to the cultivation produces structured, complex yet elegant wines, a good summary of the territory, grape variety and wine-farmer.

Straw yellow wine with light golden shades. This wine surprises as soon as it is poured in glass for its exploding perfume. Well-structured and complex bouquet, it reminds us of fresh yellow pulp fruit weaving with flowery and green field grass notes; a decisive taste yet mellow, well-balanced and highly fresh. It accompanies aperitifs and is best served with appetizers in general and recipes with seafood dishes or white meat.
