Soil: stony soil of morainic origin in a hilly area 
Grape varieties: 80% Corvina, 20% Rondinella 
Colour: brilliant ruby red 
Bouquet: fruity, delicate and balanced, with spicy notes typical of Corvina 
Palate: soft and harmonious, with a good savoury flavour 
Grape harvest: hand picked from a selection of the best grapes 
Vinification: soft crushing of grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a skin maceration of 5-6 days 
Ageing: in stainless steel tanks 
Serving suggestion
: Best served at a temperature of 15-16°C. Light wine, perfect for every occasion, excellent with pasta, white meat and cheese. Enjoy slightly chilled with fish dishes.
