Wine maker notes

This is a blend of 70% Viognier and 30% Roussane. The wine has a pure concentrated nose of honeysuckle, white peach, hazelnut, Asian pears, Meyer lemon, and wet slate. It shows layer after layer of fruit, spice, and stone, both on the nose and the palate. It is weighty, but with good acidity that keeps the wine in balance and lifts the fruit through the finish. Very limited quantities.
