Rated by many judges as the greatest Alsace Riesling of all, Clos Sainte Hune comes from an exceptional 1.3 hectare plot near Hunawihr. Dry yet succulent, of phenomenal complexity, this wine develops an extraordinary aftertaste of minerals after a few years in the bottle. Of great longevity and very rare (production rarely exceed 7,000 bottles), Clos Sainte Hune takes at least seven years to reach its peak.
