Briottet was founded in 1836 and has maintained very high standards as a family-owned business in Dijon, France. Initially wine merchants, they contributed to the development of the aperitif originally called Blanc Cassis or Kir. Fruit for all of the Briottet spirits comes from 3 areas of France – the Loire Valley, the Rhone Valley and Burgundy. Briottet offers a wide range of exquisite liqueurs, led by the benchmark Cassis. The historic Briottet offices are located in the center of Dijon and the magnificent vaulted cellars are perfectly suited to aging fine fruit brandies. Generation after generation, Briottet upholds the tradition of supplying delectable authentic fruit liqueurs.
