Nicely balanced, Brut is not too dry and not too sweet. This crisp and jazzy wine delivers delicate apple and citrus characteristics with a fresh, light toastiness.

Ultimate Beverage Challenge 87 points (May 2012) Dainty, persistent bubbles carry plenty of perfumed fruit blossom aromas. Summer peach and crisp citrus dominate, with some green apple. A whiff of biscuit on the finish.  Wine Spectator 87 points (Oct 15 2004) Soft, round and tasty, with delicate watermelon, strawberry and white pepper aromas and flavors, finishing with a fine texture. Drink now. 10,000 cases made. –HS  Wine Advocate 85 points (Apr 2003) These two sparklers continue to be fine bargains. The wines are clean, have crisp, zesty fruit, good effervescence, and light-bodied, fruity finishes.
